What we collect

When you submit our free quote request form, we collect the information you choose to enter: your name, email address, phone number, project address, project type, budget range, a description of your project, and any photos you attach. We collect this only to respond to your request and prepare a quote.

How your submission reaches us

Our quote form is delivered by Formspree, a third-party form service. When you submit the form, your information is sent to Formspree, which forwards it to us by email. Formspree processes your submission under its own privacy practices, which you can review at formspree.io.

How we use it

We use the details you submit through the quote form to contact you about your project, answer your questions, schedule a consultation, and prepare your quote. We do not sell that information, and we do not pass what you type into the form to advertising platforms. Cookies and site usage are handled separately and are covered below.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Tag Manager on this site. Tag Manager is a container that loads measurement and advertising tools. The tools it loads may set cookies and similar identifiers, and may collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, and the site or advert that brought you here.

We use this in two ways. The first is analytics: understanding which pages are useful and where people get stuck, so we can improve the site. The second is advertising measurement and remarketing: understanding which adverts lead to quote requests, and showing our adverts to people who have visited this site while they browse other sites. Advertising tools of this kind are operated by third parties such as Google and social media platforms, and information collected through them is shared with those platforms, which may combine it with data they already hold about you.

We do not receive payment for your personal information. Under some state privacy laws, the use of advertising cookies described above may still be treated as sharing personal information for targeted advertising, so you have the choice described below.

This site also embeds Google Maps to show our service area, and a third-party widget that displays our Google reviews. These services may set cookies or collect technical information when their content loads.

Your privacy choices

When you first visit, we ask whether you accept measurement and advertising cookies. If you decline, we instruct these tools not to use cookies or identifiers for analytics or advertising, including remarketing. Declining does not affect your ability to browse the site or request a quote. Cookies strictly needed for the site to function and stay secure remain active, because the site cannot work without them.

If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a request to opt out of advertising cookies and apply it automatically, without you needing to do anything else on this site.
